Easy Way to Burn 200 Calories Per Day

Sipping ice water keeps your cells hydrated and helps you burn calories.
Whenever you drink something cold, your body raises your metabolism to keep your body temperature from falling. That process burns calories. Therefore, the proverbial 8 glasses of ice water will burn an extra 200 calories.
Start the day with 8 to 16 ounces of ice water. Sip a 16-ounce glass every two hours, keeping one next to you at work and at home.
Here's a tip - to have chilled water all day, take a 2 liters plastic bottle, fill it half-way with water and freeze it overnight. In the morning top it off with more water. You'll have ice-cold water all day...
All told, you should drink 8 glasses a day. Finish up by 8pm to avoid trying using the bathroom after you go to bed.
Having a glass of cold water before any meal or snack helps control your appetite and also helps the body secrete enough gastric acid for digestion.
From an 'alchemical' or 'magic' point of view, the colder the water the more 'magnetic' it is in it's properties. The more magnetic, the more toxins it can absorb... even 'negative energies'.
For those that easily get sore throats, be careful with drinking ice cold water right before heavy exercise or when you're feeling really hot. Extreme changes in temperature are not easily accommodated by the body. Better to wait a bit and cool off or sip your water slowly.
So drink your water responsibly!
